FAQs

What types of therapy do you offer?

I provide individual therapy for adults. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, with a focus on EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT, somatic techniques, and parts work. Sessions are tailored to your needs and goals.

Do you offer in-person or telehealth sessions?

Both. I see clients in person at my office in Dover, NH, and also offer secure telehealth sessions for clients located anywhere in New Hampshire.

What are intensive sessions?

Intensive sessions are extended, multi-hour therapy sessions designed for clients who want to work more deeply or make progress in a shorter timeframe. These sessions are self-pay only and not billed through insurance.

What insurance plans do you accept?

I currently accept Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, and Quest Behavioral Health. For all other clients, private pay options are available.

How long are sessions?

Standard sessions are typically 50 minutes. Intensive sessions are longer and are scheduled in advance to accommodate extended work.

What can I expect from the first session?

Our first session focuses on getting to know you, understanding your goals, and exploring what brought you to therapy. Together, we’ll begin developing a plan for how to move forward and build a strong foundation for your healing process.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.

What if I’m in crisis or need immediate help?

Sage & Stone Integrative Therapy does not provide crisis or emergency services.
